Tours Duo

Project
Designed by Jean Nouvel, the DUO Towers form a mixed-use architectural ensemble that enhances the experience of being in the city through views, light, and landscaped terraces. The project brings nature into the architecture, with trees and vegetation integrated at multiple levels.

The hotel tower features a large, sheltered terrace overlooking the Seine and historic Paris, forming the roof of a panoramic restaurant. The second tower culminates in a shared panoramic space conceived as a place for meetings and social interaction within a major office development.

Completed between 2011 and 2022, the project comprises two towers rising from a shared infrastructure and combines offices, a hotel, restaurants, retail spaces, and public amenities. Designed with a strong emphasis on sustainability and comfort, the DUO Towers represent a contemporary vision of dense, high-rise urban development in Paris.
