    Project
The Réseau d’Énergies de Wavre (REW), which operates the electricity distribution network of the city of Wavre, has moved into new facilities designed to replace its outdated offices and workshops. The project is located on the Unilectric site and responds to the evolving operational needs of the utility.

As a producer and manager of renewable energy, REW aimed to lead by example in terms of environmental performance. The new infrastructure is highly energy-efficient and nearly self-sufficient, thanks to the integration of solar panels and a cogeneration system that cover most electrical and thermal requirements.

The project also emphasizes collaboration and shared resources with other network operators, allowing for optimized operations and long-term efficiency. The result is a contemporary, sustainable facility aligned with REW’s public service mission and environmental responsibilities.
