    Project
Designed by PCA-STREAM, 175 Haussmann transforms two historic Parisian buildings into a contemporary headquarters for Lazard. At the heart of the project, a distinctive glass extension integrates photovoltaic glazing, combining solar energy production with architectural transparency. This innovative approach brings together heritage, renewable energy, and sustainable design, creating a modern workplace that balances aesthetics and environmental performance.
