BOLD represents a climate-forward residential skyscraper that seamlessly marries an exceptionally ambitious energy-efficiency ethos with a lavish, cutting-edge aesthetic. Its groundbreaking façade is a true standout feature, boasting energy-generating capabilities while also exuding a top-tier aesthetic appeal.

This twenty-five-story edifice caters to diverse communities, offering over two hundred student residences, approximately one hundred and fifty apartments, and four opulent penthouses. Inhabitants can gather in the communal areas, which include a cinema and fitness center. Additionally, the ground floor commercial spaces contribute positively to the surrounding neighborhood.
