BRUSK museum Bruges

19.010

Project

The building consists of two large exhibition halls with extensive north-facing glass windows. They are elevated by one level, providing space for reception, conferences, and dining. The roof is entirely covered with textured glass tiles that generate electricity, thereby supplying the building with sustainable energy. In the end, BRUSK consumes only half as much energy as required by the current Nearly Zero Energy standard.
