Treurenberg

The architectural challenge in this project, located near other institutions and various transportation options in Brussels’ historic center, involved three primary components: creating high-end, user-friendly office spaces with a connection to outdoor public areas, integrating an office building into a densely built Brussels neighborhood while preserving and showcasing the 14th-century city wall remnants classified by the CRMS, and constructing an ultra-low energy consumption building with a « Zero-Energy » label and an accredited « Excellent » BREEAM rating.
