Waterloo Estate London

20.002

Project

Buckley Gray Yeoman has proposed a 20-story office building in London’s Waterloo district, set to provide 32,000 square meters of office space, ground-floor retail, and feature rooftop terraces and balconies with greenery. This development is undertaken for Bourne Capital and Grandseal and Connect Properties.

The project aims to be operationally net-zero carbon and is set to be the first building in the UK to integrate ‘solar-skin’ photovoltaic panels into its facade.
